Mission

We grew up in the age of analogue photography; therefore, we understand the need for precision of every frame and attention to detail. Magical hours spent in the dark room taught us patience and humility. Before each shoot, we discuss the final vision with the client. Thanks to our experience in architectural photography, we know what photo materials are sought after by potential customers and we create such materials.

Photo Room is a part of Empty Room – a company specializing in design promotion. Empty Room offers PR support for the clients of Photo Room.

Team

Marcin Żuberek

The founder of Photo Room. Works for TVN television as a camera operator. A photographer and cultural anthropologist by training. He graduated from the University of Arts in Poznan and the University of Warsaw. He approaches photography like an ethnologist approaches cultural studies: when he shoots, he attempts to gather as much information as possible to later compile it in Photoshop. Apart from his love for digital technology, he remains a faithfully user of analogue cameras.

Magda Garncarek

Runs Empty Room – a design promotion company, working with home & living branch of the industry and brining together design and business partners. Her over ten-year media and PR experience includes planning communication strategies, implementation of informational and promotional campaigns and project management. Magda holds degrees in Sociology from the University of Lodz and in Multimedia Communications from the University of Arts in Poznan.

She provides PR and communications supports for the clients of Photo Room.

Seweryn Chlebiński

Studied at the University of Arts in Poznan; graduated from Studio Sztuki, an art college in Warsaw. His photography career began eight years ago. Initially, he gained experience as an assistant and then moved on to working as an independent photographer. His portfolio includes commissions for advertising agencies, (Saatchi & Saatchi, Ernst & Young), photo agencies, as well as the biggest Polish fashion, lifestyle, and interior design magazines (Elle, Viva, Pani, Gala, Men’s Health, and Czas na Wnętrze).

Seweryn’s specialty is light. His talent and skill in using natural and artificial light creates unique photographs. He specializes in interior, object and portrait photography. His portfolio is available on Facebook.
